Maintenance Technician Night Shift
Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where your at least two years of maintenance experience in a production environment can make a real impact? This Maintenance Technician Night Shift role is a direct hire opportunity with an innovative commercial bakery known for its highly automated, state-of-the-art facility.
The Company produces bakery-fresh products for a wide range of customers while setting new standards for food safety and quality. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment with a strong safety culture and modern equipment. In this role, you will keep production running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting critical machinery. This is a great opportunity for experienced maintenance technicians who want competitive pay, strong benefits, job stability, and room to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
This is a direct hire position.
Maintenance Technician Night Shift Duties:
o Analyze, maintain, and repair production equipment and systems throughout the facility
o Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production machinery
o Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime
o Read and follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer instructions
o Follow all safety policies, procedures, and good work practices
Schedule:
o Night Shift
o 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Pay:
$32.00 per hour and up
o $5,000 sign-on bonus available for a limited time
Maintenance Technician Night Shift Requirements:
o At least two years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
o Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
o Ability to troubleshoot electrical components, sensors, and field devices
o Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and mechanical drives
