From gorgeous, wood-beam bed frames to plush, hand-dyed blankets, each of our 142 rooms and suites embraces Vermont’s signature style.

One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Kitchen Stewards to join the team!

Job Summary:

Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish station, three compartment sink, and staff cafeteria.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: starting $19.00 per hour
    • The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time seasonal positions available
  • Weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Steward is also responsible for taking out and keeping all garbage, recyclables and cardboard boxes organized.
  • Kitchen Steward is also responsible for the nightly cleaning of the kitchen which includes sweeping and moping all the floors, stoves, hood vents, griddles, grills, and closing down the dish area.

Job Requirements:

  • Three months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
