The key duties and responsibilities of kitchen staff at Mia's Table include:
  • Food preparation: Assisting in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and following recipe instructions provided.
  • Cooking and grilling: Operating kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, and grills, to cook and prepare food items according to Mia's Table recipes and standards.
  • Stocking and inventory: Ensuring the availability of all necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment by overseeing inventory levels and communicating with the kitchen manager or managing partner. Restocking items as needed.
  • Station set-up: Setting up workstations with necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment to facilitate smooth and efficient food preparation.
