Kitchen Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our dynamic culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.  A minimum of 3 years in a kitchen management position is mandatory. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead various kitchen stations, including grill, saute, fry, pantry, and bakery. Experience in wood fire grilling is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily kitchen operations across multiple stations, including grill, saute, fry, pantry, and bakery

- Lead staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with all health department regulations

- Schedule kitchen staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and special events
