About the Role:
FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend In-Home Caregivers to join our team for morning shifts in the Naperville, IL area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients who need support right in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing during morning routines
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and morning meals 
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home 
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
  • Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
  • Administer medication reminders and monitor client well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required 
  • Availability to work weekend morning shifts consistently
  • Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
  • CNA, HHA, or similar certification a plus but not required
