A Mexican Family Restaurant that values our staff and customers as part of one family in a welcoming and joyful atmosphere.

We are seeking FT/PT Hostess. We are looking for candidates that are friendly, energetic, organized and excel at customer service tackling any task with a GREAT smile!

As a hostess, your presence is very important, as you are the face of the restaurant, and will be the first and last impression for the experience of our guests. You will be setting the tone and welcoming them and wishing them farewell with an invitation to come back. You will welcome guests and seat them at tables and help ensure quality of service.

You must be patient, attentive to guest needs, and can work as a team.

Hostess Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers as they arrive with a great smile, enthusiasm and positive energy!
  • Assure each guest is greeted at the door and given a farewell
  • Answers phone calls and gives basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and services
  • Keep track of the waiting list and open tables
  • Clean menus, keep front area organized and clean
  • Maintain an even distribution of tables for each server
  • Communicate servers and bussers of tables, assuring customer service satisfaction
  • Take orders over the phone and pack prepared take-out orders

  • Friendly “people-person”; you can tackle every task with a GREAT smile
  • Can deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Stamina to stay on your feet for a full shift
