On-Call Weekends Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an On-Call Weekends Hospice RN to bring experience and value to our team!
Summary:
The On-Call Weekends Hospice RN provides end of life care to patients in their home.
Schedule:
On-Call, weekends only. Competitive pay DOE
Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing

Licenses/Certification:
  • Current RN License (ID or Compact.)
  • Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
  • Licensed drive with an insured automobile in good working order

Experience:
  • 1+ years RN experience. Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide On Call support to Hospice patients and team
  • Assist with preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient plan of care
  • Help reinforce teaching to the patient/family members regarding end of life care
  • Prepare clinical and progress notes as appropriate
