  Join our Help Desk crew and keep our galaxy (okay, our warehouse) running at lightspeed! As a guardian of the scan guns, you'll make sure every piece of equipment is ready for battle, cleaned to perfection, and safe from the Dark Side of technical issues. Your mission is to keep the fleet operational so every Rebel (and maybe the occasional Droid) can complete their tasks without a hitch. 


Requirements


  • Check scan guns in and out to team members
  • Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain performance and hygiene
  • Troubleshoot basic scan gun issues and assist with minor repairs
  • Keep accurate records of equipment usage and status
  • Provide friendly, helpful support to team members needing assistance
