Job description

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has immediate openings for Part Time Event Staff at the BMO Center, Coronado Theatre, and Davis Park in Rockford, IL. Under direction of the Guest Services and Security Manager, the Part Time Event Staff members primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area
  • Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures, and event requirements
  • Provide access control, crowd management, and ensure the venue is safe for guests
  • Operate the elevator with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain restricted and barricaded areas for security purposes
  • Assist entering patrons into the facility and scan all tickets for events
  • Assist entering patrons into parking areas and collect admission

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and understand verbal and written instructions
  • Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
