The Banquet Captain is responsible for the seamless execution and management of events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with various teams, overseeing event logistics, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage event staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and functional.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
