WEEKEND COUNSELOR - PART-TIME

(Austintown & Newton Falls Locations - Multiple Positions Available)

On Demand Counselingis hiring motivated, compassionate professionals to facilitate weekend programming at ourAustintownandNewton Fallscampuses. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for clinicians seekingextra incomeorweekend-only workin a supportive, team-based setting.


Position Highlights:

  • Flexible Weekend Schedule
    • Work Saturdays, Sundays, or both
    • Choose a 3-hour or 6-hour shift per day, up to 12 hours per weekend
  • Group Facilitation
    • Lead therapeutic groups with 1-2 co-facilitators
    • Serve adult clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders
    • Follow weekly topic themes with flexibility for creative delivery
    • Complete same-day documentation in our EHR (training provided)
