Join a dynamic team as a Field Engineer 4 in Philadelphia, PA (19146). As a key client-facing technician, you will provide on-site repair and support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals across the metro and surrounding areas. This contract role is ideal for candidates who thrive in independent, mobile work environments and are passionate about hands-on technology solutions.
[Responsibilities]
  • Respond promptly to assigned service requests for laptop and desktop repairs
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues including hard drive, motherboard, and keyboard replacements
  • Perform whole unit swaps and handle PC peripheral repairs or replacements
  • Update and close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone and call management system
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism while traveling to various client locations

  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with desktop and laptop repairs (break-fix)
