Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Irvine, California.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: Home Health

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

Schedule: 8a-5p 5 days a week. 

Weekend rotation as needed.

Guaranteed hours per week: 40

On-call Or weekend requirements: yes

Territory: Seal Beach Huntington Beach Westminster Garden Grove Fountian Valley Santa Ana Costa Mesa Newport Beach Corona Del Mar. Other coverage areas may include any city in the county of Orange.

Productivity: 30 points per week documentation to be completed by 10a the next day

EMR: HCHB Required

Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility
