Job Description

As a Healthcare Sales Specialist, you'll drive new participant enrollment by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, case managers, and other referral partners throughout the San Bernardino market. This is a consultative, community-based sales role where you'll educate referral sources, generate qualified referrals, and help eligible seniors enroll in a program that allows them to remain safely in their homes.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations to generate referrals.
  • Execute outreach, marketing, and community engagement activities to consistently achieve monthly referral, home visit, and enrollment goals.
  • Educate referral sources on program services, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute territory marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate activity, referral, and enrollment records using Salesforce, Athena, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in community events, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and enrollment processes.
  • Partner closely with internal enrollment and care teams to ensure a seamless participant experience.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
