Embroidery Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time Days | Part-Time or Full-Time Nights | Weekend Availability

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dependable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Ricoma embroidery machines, preparing embroidery files, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor Ricoma embroidery machines

  • Load garments, thread machines, hoop products, and prepare jobs for production

  • Create and prepare DST logo files for embroidery

  • Create name and number files for customized embroidery orders

  • Review artwork and job specifications before beginning production

  • Monitor embroidery quality, placement, thread tension, and consistency

  • Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues

  • Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality

  • Keep work areas, materials, threads, and production orders organized

  • Manage multiple jobs and priorities while meeting production deadlines

  • Take ownership of assigned work with minimal supervision

Qualifications
  • Previous embroidery machine operating experience preferred

  • Experience with Ricoma embroidery machines strongly preferred

  • Experience creating or working with DST embroidery files

  • Experience creating name and number embroidery files

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects

  • Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working independently as a self-starter

  • Ability to work well in a close-knit, family-oriented environment

  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends depending on schedule

Compensation & Schedule
