Position Overview

Wave One Sports is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to support daily embroidery production. This is a hands-on, full-time position in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating multi-head embroidery machines and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work.

This role works closely with the Production Manager and production team to ensure embroidery orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-head embroidery machines for custom apparel production
  • Accurately hoop a variety of garment types and materials
  • Count, verify, and check orders against written work orders
  • Ensure correct logos, thread colors, placement, and sizing per instructions
  • Perform threading, needle changes, trimming, and basic machine maintenance
  • Use basic embroidery machine software and controls
  • Maintain accurate written embroidery logs and production notes
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished garments
  • Trim, fold, bag, and pack embroidered garments for fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized embroidery workspace

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Basic computer skills related to embroidery equipment
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions accurately
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Physical & Technical Requirements
