Job description

We are hiring for a full-time Embroidery Machine Operator in the Nederland area. Applicants should have experience operating Tajima single-head and/or 6-head embroidery machines, along with knowledge of embroidery threads, stabilizers, and garment handling. Previous embroidery production experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. This position includes setting up and operating embroidery machines, hooping garments, loading designs, monitoring stitch quality, troubleshooting minor machine issues, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Starting pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level. We offer weekly direct deposit, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
