Job description

Help Wanted: Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team in our Lynn, MA office.

Production team members will work in a fast paced and high energy environment, we are looking for a hard-working and dependable individual with some embroidery experience.  Sewing knowledge and experience is a plus.


F/T or P/T – Flexible Hours

Store Hours: M-F: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Sat: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

Job Summary - Set-up, run, and maintain commercial embroidery equipment to apply stitched designs onto various garments and textiles.

Machine Operation:

  • Will operate 2 commercial computerized embroidery machines:

Tajima 6-head and a single-head

  • Ensure quality, custom apparel orders on a timely basis
  • Set-up programs based on incoming orders
  • Properly hoop shirts, hats and other flat goods
  • Select correct threads, needles, set tension and load bobbins
  • Inspect finished goods to maintain quality control
  • Perform daily cleaning, upkeep and maintenance
