Job description

A well-established manufacturing company in Monroe, WA is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their growing team. As a leading manufacturer of transit bike racks used throughout the United States, this company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and American-made craftsmanship.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and room for advancement.

Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Operate CNC mills and CNC laser cutting machines to produce metal components according to specifications
  • Enter, verify, and adjust machine programs as needed to support production requirements
  • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to maintain efficient production flow
  • Load and unload materials and finished parts from CNC equipment
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify part accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures and safety guidelines
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 
Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm 
Swing shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm 
 
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
 
Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 6 months- 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience, preferably operating CNC mills and/or CNC laser cutting machines
  • Experience entering machine programs and making program adjustments as needed
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Previous troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
