Pay Rate - $27/Hour

Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Hub Supervisor to join our team. This advanced-level position will lead our local e-commerce operations, driving success through strategic oversight of our online sales initiatives. Working in consultation with the ARC Command eCommerce Strategy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while optimizing our online presence and sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the entire eCommerce Hub Team, including shippers, listers, processors, customer service representatives, and the assistant supervisor
- Drive productivity and maintain quality standards across all e-commerce operations
- Oversee the complete sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
- Train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
- Manage online listings and optimize product presentation for maximum sales
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure exceptional customer service for online and local pickup customers

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations and online sales management
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed
