E-Commerce Hub Supervisor - Detroit, MI

Schedule - Monday-Friday, 40 Hours/week, occasional nights/weekends may be needed
Pay Rate - $27/Hour

Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Hub Supervisor to join our team. This advanced-level position will lead our local e-commerce operations, driving success through strategic oversight of our online sales initiatives. Working in consultation with the ARC Command eCommerce Strategy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while optimizing our online presence and sales performance.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise the entire eCommerce Hub Team, including shippers, listers, processors, customer service representatives, and the assistant supervisor
  • Drive productivity and maintain quality standards across all e-commerce operations
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
  • Train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage online listings and optimize product presentation for maximum sales
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for online and local pickup customers

What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in eCommerce operations and online sales management
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed
