Job description

Property Photography Ownership (Primary Focus)
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of property photography across the portfolio
  • Ensure all properties have complete, current, and high-quality image sets that support booking conversion
  • Track photography status across properties, identifying gaps, outdated imagery, or missing assets
Photography & Asset Coordination
  • Coordinate hotel photography needs including scheduling, tracking, and asset collection
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure photography meets brand standards, timelines, and business needs
  • Manage intake, organization, and readiness of all incoming photo and video assets
Digital Asset Management
  • Manage and maintain Red Roof's digital asset library, including photo, video, and collateral assets
  • Ensure assets are properly tagged, organized, and accessible for internal teams
  • Audit and troubleshoot asset issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
Brand Standards & Quality Control
  • Support the execution and consistency of Red Roof brand standards across marketing materials and digital channels
  • Review hotel photography and marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before approval routing
  • Assist in reinforcing brand standards with internal teams and franchise partners
CMS & Website Support
  • Execute content updates within the CMS, including uploading images and updating page content
  • Support website content accuracy and alignment with brand standards
Marketing Collateral & Content Support
  • Support the development, updates, and execution of marketing collateral for brand and sales initiatives
  • Assist with basic copywriting, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials
  • Help maintain consistency across web pages, collateral, and other brand communications
Project Coordination & Execution
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the team
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback across internal stakeholders
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Franchise teams to support marketing needs
  • Respond to internal and external marketing requests within established timelines
  • Escalate issues or inconsistencies when needed
Documentation & Process Support
  • Maintain internal documentation for brand standards, workflows, and processes
  • Help improve efficiency by identifying gaps or inconsistencies in current processes
