Property Manager

Crye-Leike® Property Management in Hot Springs, AR has an immediate need for a full-time Property Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Property Manager is responsible for the operations of all properties – commercial and residential to include leasing, owner and tenant relations and maintenance coordination of the property’s assets. The overall objective of the Property Manager is to effectively manage the properties in the most cost-effective manner possible so as to achieve maximum net operating income.

Job Description:

  • Manage and Lease Residential properties
  • Conduct routine site inspections of vacant properties, move in/ move out inspections
  • Photograph property, edit and add to marketing materials and websites, as needed
  • Negotiate lease terms with owners and prospective tenants of properties
  • Complete customer application process, background / credit checks
  • Arranges showing times with other agents and owners
  • Investigate all complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves the issues
  • Promote Property Management; branch sales meetings, vacant flyers, posters, etc.
  • Increase and maintain the inventory of properties.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiar with applicable local, state, & federal laws/regulations regarding Landlord/Tenant, Fair Housing.
  • Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Competence with office management software.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting/ cash flow.
  • Licensed AR Real Estate Broker with previous property management experience.
