Contract Real Estate Photographer — Naples & Surrounding Areas

FL Property Photography is looking for a reliable, talented photographer to shoot residential listings across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral.

This is field work only. No editing. You shoot, you upload, you get paid.

The work

You'll capture full listing photography: interiors, exteriors, amenities, views, and aerial drone photos. Most shoots run 30 minutes to two hours depending on the size of the property. Some packages include a Zillow 3D Home tour.

Volume is steady and growing. We're building in one of the most active real estate markets in the country.

What you need

• DSLR or mirrorless camera
• Wide-angle zoom lens starting at 12 or 14mm
• Drone and a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License
• Ricoh 360° or Insta360 camera
• Reliable vehicle and prompt communication by text and email
• Comfort working independently in occupied and vacant homes
