Crane Currency is hiring Manufacturing Operators for our Weekend Shift in Nashua, NH. This role is perfect if you're looking for a steady manufacturing career with a unique schedule, strong pay, paid training, and real advancement opportunities.
No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide structured training to help you succeed.
Weekend Day Shift
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Fri, Sat & Sun)
  • $19.00/hr + 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)

Weekend Night Shift
  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Fri, Sat & Sun)
  • $19.00/hr + 20% shift diff ($22.80/hr)

How you'll make an impact
As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be part of the front-line team creating secure currency materials used in the U.S. and around the world. This is meaningful, high-responsibility work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
What you'll actually do
  • Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
  • Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
  • Work closely with your team to hit daily goals
  • Learn specialized processes used in high-security production

How the hiring process works
  • You'll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
  • Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you'll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
