Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to innovate their Application and data platform that processes large amounts of data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portal development and experience in Data development including BI Dashboards using BI tools.
Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience with common libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, Gradle, and Apache Maven is a plus
• Create and schedule stored procedures to automate Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations for moving data between various data stores.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Programming and the ability to write efficient stored procedures.
• Investigates new technologies and advances, especially in area of business intelligence.
• Troubleshoots and resolves data, system and performance issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives, ability to anticipate problem areas and negotiate deliverables.
• Perform development activities as part of a scrum team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 7+ years' experience working with enterprise level reporting and application development.
• Strong T-SQL skills, including 5+ years' experience building and modifying stored procedures, functions, creating tables and views. Writing complicated SQLs and optimizing badly performing queries. Designing and developing DB triggers, Indexes, Tables and other database objects
• Experience with any industry leading BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, and or Qlikview is a big plus.
• Some experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and developing cubes and writing/modifying MDX queries.
• Experience in ETL development process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.

• Ability to travel locally and nationally (<10%)
• After hours and weekend work will be required
• Position requires extensive phone and computer work.
• Individual is expected to lift up to 50lbs as well as push, pull, reach, bend on occasion.
Preferred:
• Healthcare Industry experience is preferred.
• Liferay development experience is a plus.
