Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, success, and long-term loyalty. This position requires occasional travel to industry trade shows and events, providing opportunities to connect with clients and represent our company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Engagement:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
    • Assist customers with onboarding, training, and product education to ensure they maximize the value of our products and services.
    • Proactively check in with customers to assess their needs and address concerns.
  • Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
    • Identify trends in customer challenges and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services.
  • Event Representation:

    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events (4-8 times annually).
    • Network with existing and potential customers, providing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
    • Assist with event setup, booth management, and follow-up on leads post-event.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events (approximately 4-8 trips per year).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Background in the dental, medical, or related industries is a plus but not required.
