Job Overview:

Job Summary:**
As a Flagger with Primoris Services Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of construction crews and the public by directing traffic flow around work zones. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment on various Primoris projects.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Set up and maintain temporary traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barricades, according to M.U.T.C.D. (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards and company procedures.
* Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently around construction sites using hand signals and flag paddles.
* Communicate effectively with construction crews, equipment operators, and other flaggers to coordinate traffic movements.
* Monitor traffic patterns and anticipate potential hazards to prevent accidents.
* Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Valid Flagger certification (e.g., ATSSA, ANSI) preferred
* Previous experience in traffic control or construction flagging is a plus.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, walk on uneven terrain, and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
