Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors at our senior living community. This role provides hospitality, light clerical support, and assistance with daily resident needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Support residents with transportation, scheduling, personal shopping, and other special requests.
  • Conduct community tours for prospective residents and guests.
  • Assist with meal delivery, dining services, and hydration station setup.
  • Manage resident mail, packages, and administrative tasks such as faxing, mailing, and document support.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, submit work orders, and assist with emergency situations as needed.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing events, in-services, and staff training.
  • Maintain security awareness and follow concierge desk guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., walk, stand, and perform light clerical duties.
  • Professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
