We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at one of Baltimore's premier independent, chef-driven seafood restaurants. Working alongside an accomplished Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will run daily line operations, enforce scratch-cooking standards, and lead a high-volume BOH crew.

What We Seek:
- Experience: 2–5 years of culinary leadership experience

- Kitchen Skills: Direct experience managing ordering, inventory tracking, and shift food costs.
- Schedule: Full flexibility for a primarily dinner-focused schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
