Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at one of Baltimore's premier independent, chef-driven seafood restaurants. Working alongside an accomplished Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will run daily line operations, enforce scratch-cooking standards, and lead a high-volume BOH crew.


We welcome applications from experienced Sous Chefs, Chefs de Cuisine, or elite Lead Line Cooks ready to step up.
