Koch Capabilities is seeking an Office Legal Coordinator in our D.C. office to support the Government Affairs and Legal & Compliance Capability. This role interacts regularly with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and congressional offices, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.

What You Will Do
• Approach tasks with an emphasis on process improvement and transformation, experimenting with and utilizing tools such as AI technology.
• Enable Government Affairs and Legal leadership to operate efficiently by providing support which may include complex calendar management, meeting preparation, event and catering coordination, preparation of expense reports, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate and support meetings and communications involving senior executives, external stakeholders, and congressional office staff, ensuring materials, logistics, and follow-up are handled with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by resolution of IT issues, management of office supplies, employee move requests, mail/shipment requests, and conference room reservations and setups
• Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders in the D.C. office, helping ensure a high-quality experience that reflects the standards of the Government Affairs and Legal & Compliance Capability
• Provide support with additional administrative tasks as needed, such as PowerPoint creation, document editing, SharePoint site management and data organization.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Experience in a professional work environment
• Experience with technology and transformation efforts to refine and automate business processes
• Experience utilizing Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience independently managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and solving for a solution
• Experience working collaboratively with teammates and customers through building business relationships
What Will Put You Ahead
• Executive level administrative experience
• Experience supporting senior executives, government affairs teams, congressional offices, or other public policy stakeholders
• Comfortability with leveraging AI technology for improved efficiency
For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
