Job Summary:
As an Automotive (High Performance) Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional delivery experience for our high-performance vehicle clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle delivery, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in the features, operation, and care of their new vehicles.
This role requires a blend of mechanical expertise, deep automotive knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to interact with diverse personalities up to and including high-net-worth individuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics related to vehicle delivery and orchestrating a world class delivery experience ensuring that all aspects of the process are executed flawlessly. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, discretion, and independent judgment.
Location: Remote / 100% travel
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the final point of contact for clients during the delivery process, ensuring they receive a personalized and informative experience.
  • Mechanical and Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of high-performance vehicles, including their mechanical systems, performance capabilities, and maintenance needs.
  • Vehicle Orientation: Conduct in-depth vehicle orientations, explaining the features, technology, and performance characteristics to clients, and ensuring they are confident in operating their new vehicle. Accompany customers on test drive experiences?
  • Communication: Comfortably interact with diverse personalities up to and including high-net-worth individuals, delivering information in a clear, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Group Presentations: Lead group presentations and demonstrations, confidently addressing questions and providing expert insights.
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing and coordinating vehicle delivery, including scheduling, transportation, and documentation, to ensure a smooth and timely handover process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the concierge and logistics teams to ensure all aspects of the delivery process are aligned and executed to the highest standards.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively report and or resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process to the concierge team.
  • Reporting: Compiling post-delivery reports.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive, ride and drive or motorsports industry, with a focus on high-performance vehicles preferred.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, particularly in high-performance vehicles.
  • Competitive Motorsports: Actively participating in competitive motorsport events, at minimum must have extensive Track Day experience.
  • A genuine passion for high-performance vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals and large groups.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Anticipate evolving customer needs and how to address them, doing the right thing in the right way
  • Logistics Coordination: Experience in coordinating logistics and working through potential logistical challenges.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable and experienced in speaking in front of large groups and conducting presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record
