What You’ll Do
  • Effectively prioritize and manage daily tasks and operational matters
  • Provide proactive support to advisors and clients, anticipating needs and opportunities
  • Accurately complete and process service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update client and account databases with precision
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Complete the opening, closing, and transfer of client accounts
  • Generate, analyze, and deliver various reports for advisors
  • Process financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct follow-up communication with partners and clients as needed
  • Assist advisors with comprehensive pre-appointment preparation
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to new account openings, transfers, or amendments
  • Conduct client meetings to review needs and options
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must live within 20 minutes of our Brielle office (101 Union Ave Brielle, NJ 08730)
  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Insurance licensing preferred Series 6, 65 or higher, or willing to obtain
  • Personable and outgoing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points:
  • Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
  • Previous client interaction in an office environment

  • $75k - $100k based on experience (range includes bonus)
