The Days Hotel of Toms River is seeking a passionate people-person to join our team as Banquet Server. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to brighten someone’s day by providing an outstanding guest experience, we want to hear from you.

*Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including most weekends.*


How to Succeed:

· “Wow” guests by anticipating their needs and going the extra mile

· Take pride in setting up and executing events flawlessly

· Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment

· Follow instructions quickly and carefully

· Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance

· Help ensure adherence to all policies and procedures

· Be willing to accept constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth

· Always aim for exceptional guest service and satisfaction

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time (5 hours or more per day) and lift up to 50lbs.
