Job Summary

At The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, every journey begins long before our guests step onboard. Our Travel Services team plays a vital role in curating the seamless, end-to-end experience that defines our brand.

We are seeking a Hotel Specialist within our Travel Services team to support the growing strategic importance of Travel Services as both a guest experience enhancer and a business driver. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of sourcing, pricing, and coordination activities related to our shore-based programs, including pre- and post-cruise hotels and transfers.

As a key contributor to the guest journey, the Hotel Specialist ensures that each experience - from the moment guests arrive at their pre-cruise hotel to their post-cruise departure - aligns with the luxury standards and personalized service synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

Position: Hotel Specialist, Travel Services (Luxury Cruise Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to hotel sourcing, rate negotiation, and availability management for pre- and post-cruise programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for ground transfers and guest accommodations to ensure seamless alignment with cruise itineraries.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, destination partners, and internal teams to uphold service excellence across all land-based guest experiences.
  • Support pricing analysis and contract execution to maintain competitive and value-driven hotel offerings.
  • Deliver an exceptional, brand-aligned experience that enhances the overall cruise journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in hospitality or cruise industry operations, preferably within hotel contracting, travel coordination, or land programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for luxury service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of travel planning, travel industry, and/or Cruise industry
