Your Impact
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow group business across Vacatia's resort (hotel) portfolio.
  • Prospect, cultivate, and close new business opportunities through networking, outbound sales efforts, industry events, referrals, and RFP responses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation, event coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, travel advisors, associations, wedding planners, sports organizations, and leisure group organizers.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments, including corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, sports teams, incentive travel, social groups, and other group travel opportunities.
  • Generate customized proposals, contracts, and pricing packages designed to maximize occupancy and revenue while meeting client needs.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Resort Operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and actively participate in rental sales presentations, helping prospective groups understand the value and benefits of Vacatia products.
  • Work align side rental Sales team to achieve and exceed individual along with overall team revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory utilization, and financial metrics to optimize results and maximize revenue opportunities.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in the Hotel/Resort sales or group sales within the Hospitality industry demonstrated success leading deals with new clients.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and achieving ambitious performance goals.
  • Strong ability to structure deals, perform basic loan calculations, and guide customers through financial purchase decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and professional integrity.
