About the Job:

Company: PNW WEB DESIGNERS & MARKETING
POSITION: SALES LEAD
We are seeking a results-driven Website Sales Representative with proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales. This role is focused on selling professional website design, marketing, and digital services to small and medium-sized businesses. Retail sales experience alone does not qualify — candidates must bring prior experience in outside sales, account management, or digital service sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential business clients through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals, challenges, and online presence needs.
  • Present tailored website and digital marketing solutions that align with client objectives.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Deliver compelling presentations (virtual and in-person) to showcase website packages and service tiers.
  • Prepare proposals, handle objections, and close sales with professionalism.

Account Growth & Relationship Management:
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services (SEO, social media management, Google Ads, etc.) where appropriate.

Performance & Reporting:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM software and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:
  • 1+ years of proven B2B sales experience (digital services, software, technology, advertising, or similar).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of website design, SEO, and online marketing.
  • Existing network of small business contacts.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $1,000-$1,600 per month plus Commission: 20% of all website sales
