Marketing Advisor – eCommerce

eMerchantClub is hiring a Marketing Advisor to join our team!

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable individual who enjoys working with people and helping small business owners succeed. As a Marketing Advisor, you will work directly with our members to help them get the most out of their eCommerce website and identify opportunities to improve their online presence and grow their business.


This is a customer-focused position that combines marketing, relationship building, account support, and sales. You do not need to be a marketing expert—we provide training on our products, services, and processes. We are looking for someone who communicates well, is comfortable on the phone, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with eCommerce website owners to help them develop and improve their online business.
  • Build relationships with members through regular outbound and inbound phone communication.
  • Review customer websites and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate members on marketing strategies, website features, products, and available services.
  • Help customers better understand how to promote their website and attract potential customers.
  • Recommend additional products and services when they can benefit the customer's business.
  • Follow up with members to encourage continued progress and engagement.
  • Assist customers with questions and coordinate with our technical support and other departments when needed.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of customer conversations and follow-up activities.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.


What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day.
  • Able to explain ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

  • Comfortable working with websites, email, and basic online marketing tools.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

  • Customer service
