Job description

Summary

The Website Delivery Coordinator supports the management, maintenance, and optimization of Simplot Global Food regional websites within Contentful. This role is responsible for publishing website content, maintaining product information accuracy, supporting translation and localization workflows, conducting website quality assurance, and helping ensure a positive digital experience for foodservice operators.

This position plays an important role in supporting Simplot Global Food’s digital ecosystem by helping operators easily discover products, access relevant resources, engage with regional website experiences, and connect with Simplot through clear digital pathways. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a content management system, and able to collaborate with regional marketing, product, sales enablement, and digital operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Delivery/Management 

  • Manage, update, and publish website content in Contentful across global and regional websites.
  • Maintain website pages, product content, resources, campaigns, and digital assets to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate website requests, publishing schedules, and ongoing website maintenance activities.
  • Support website governance, documentation, and content management best practices.
  •  

Product Information (PIM) governance 

  • Support product information governance for content displayed across regional websites.
  • Review website product information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved product data sources.
  • Partner with product marketing, brand marketing, and digital teams to support product launches, product updates, and product retirements on the website.
  • Identify and escalate product content discrepancies, missing information, outdated product details, or data quality concerns.
  • Help maintain consistent product naming, categorization, descriptions, attributes, and supporting assets across websites.
  • Support documentation and process improvements related to product information workflows and website governance. 
Long Description

Digital Experience & Operator Journey Support

  • Support website experiences that help foodservice operators discover products, access resources, and connect with Simplot Global Food.
  • Review website content, navigation, and user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and regional teams to enhance content discoverability and website engagement.
  • Recommend improvements that support usability, conversion, and customer experience goals.

Translation & Localization Support

  • Coordinate website translation and localization activities for regional and multilingual websites.
  • Support translation request intake, tracking, review, approval, and publishing workflows.
  • Work with approved translation partners, regional stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure translated content is published accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks on translated pages to confirm formatting, layout, links, images, and localized content display correctly.
  • Help maintain consistency across translated content while supporting regional market needs.
  • Track translation status, publishing timelines, and outstanding localization needs.

Website Quality & Optimization

  • Conduct website audits and quality assurance reviews to identify content issues, broken links, formatting errors, and outdated information.
  • Ensure website content follows brand, accessibility, governance, and SEO standards.
  • Support content optimization efforts to improve website searchability, findability, and overall performance.
  • Assist with website enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing websites or digital content.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).
  • Understanding of website UX principles and digital customer journeys.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Other Information

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting global or multilingual websites.
  • Experience with SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
