Rags Too Riches Records LLC is seeking a Website Developer to help build and maintain engaging, high-performing web experiences.

Position Summary

As a Website Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain websites that align with business goals and deliver an excellent user experience. You’ll work across the lifecycle—from concept and layout through implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements—ensuring our web presence is fast, accessible, and reliable.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented developer who enjoys creating clean, maintainable code and collaborating with internal stakeholders to turn ideas into functional, polished web features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain website features using established coding practices, ensuring strong performance and maintainability

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into responsive, user-friendly web experiences

  • Implement and refine page layouts, navigation, and interactive elements to improve usability and engagement

  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure site functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and consistent performance

  • Monitor website health and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
