Job Summary
As the Manager of CaptionCall Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding CaptionCall's customer base and increasing revenue across CaptionCall business units. In this position, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across events, digital marketing, email campaigns, content development, and cross-functional projects. This role works closely with internal teams to deliver marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
This role is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, stakeholders remain aligned, and campaigns are executed effectively across multiple channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketer who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, event, and content channels.
  • Manage multiple project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications simultaneously.
  • Support event planning, logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, emails, and website content.
  • Coordinate creative, compliance, and operational reviews to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Outreach, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support website, SEO, paid media, and customer communication initiatives as needed.
  • Drive and support projects from concept to execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum:
