Job description

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to hire a Website & Analytics Senior Manager.
Overview:
We are seeking a Website & Analytics Senior Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and strategic development of a high-impact nonprofit website. This role will focus on improving website performance, increasing engagement and donations, and delivering data-driven insights through analytics and dashboards. The ideal candidate will bring strong WordPress expertise, advanced analytics capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, communications, and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the organization's website, including page creation, updates, SEO improvements, and overall site performance.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards using tools such as BigQuery, Power BI, and Google Analytics to track traffic, engagement, subscriptions, and donations.
  • Coordinate website content with marketing, PR, social media, and publication teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Implement website governance processes, including content workflows, security measures, compliance, and intellectual property protocols.
  • Lead website-related projects, including page relaunches, vendor coordination, CMS training for staff, and ongoing digital optimization.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of website management, development, analytics, and optimization experience, including building and managing sites in WordPress.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Web & UX Expertise: Advanced WordPress CMS skills with strong experience in UX design, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Strong SEO knowledge (technical and strategic), Google Analytics experience, and Google Ads certification preferred; PPC experience is a plus.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Blackbaud products (Online Express, Luminate, Raiser's Edge NXT) and Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a starting salary of $65,000 annually, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
