Successful Web Managers are proactive in setting clear expectations, facilitating regular meetings, and fostering an environment of open feedback.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO) and web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices — technical, on-page, and local search.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple brand partners and agency relationships.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data and testing results into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with booking or reservation platforms a plus.
