Description of the role: As a Floor/Internet Manager at Crossroads Hyundai, you will be responsible for overseeing the online presence of the dealership and managing the internet sales department. You will also be responsible for managing the floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with customers and negotiate sales. 

Responsibilities: - Oversee the online presence of Crossroads Hyundai, including maintaining the dealership website, managing online advertisements, and monitoring social media platforms. - Manage the floor operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and providing necessary assistance to potential customers. - Respond to online inquiries and leads promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance to potential customers. - Work closely with the sales team, providing training and support on internet lead management and conversion. - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase lead generation and sales. - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. - Monitor and analyze website traffic and online lead sources, making recommendations for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in automotive digital marketing.
