Job description

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to join our Client Marketing team. This role is focused on high-intent traffic acquisition, onsite conversion rate optimization, website performance, and pipeline growth. You will own our marketing website - the primary hub for attracting, engaging, and routing high-intent visitors to the right experiences, whether that's our self-serve purchasing flow, online chat platform, or AIO/LLM content.

As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead efforts to plan and implement data-driven marketing strategies across the marketing website and its downstream experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative services, platform developers, enterprise systems, product, sales, and customer service, to optimize user experiences and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive conversion optimization and pipeline growth through the marketing website. Focus on improving high-intent user engagement, on-site conversion, and efficient routing to downstream experiences - including the self-serve purchasing flow and online chat platform - leveraging SEO and content strategy as key levers for sustainable traffic growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams including design, content, data analytics, engineering, and sales to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and optimization efforts. Maintain clear communication channels and align teams around shared goals.
  • Testing, Iteration & Optimization: Lead continuous A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize customer engagement, conversions, and marketing efforts across the marketing website. Analyze key performance metrics, iterating on strategies to improve results over time.
  • Innovation & Growth Initiatives: Proactively identify new opportunities to innovate in digital marketing. Demonstrate a bias for action to test new tactics, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. This includes evaluating emerging content formats, SEO best practices, and on-site content management approaches that keep our marketing website competitive and discoverable.
  • Website Performance & Customer Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives aimed at improving website conversion, growing qualified traffic, and increasing pipeline contribution. Develop personalized, targeted campaigns to engage agents, brokers, lenders, and other real estate professionals. Oversee content management across key pages and flows, ensuring messaging is current, on-brand, and optimized for both users and search.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on the performance of marketing initiatives. Analyze data and leverage insights - including organic search performance and content engagement metrics - to drive future strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing website performance, streamline workflows, and accelerate campaign execution. Use generative AI to support content development, personalization, and website optimization across the marketing website and its connected experiences. Apply AI-driven analytics to surface insights, predict customer behavior, and recommend next-best actions to improve engagement and conversions. Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption of tools that strengthen Realtor.com's competitive advantage in digital marketing.

How We Work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in website optimization strategy with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement strategies.
  • Strong background in website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and driving measurable improvements in traffic quality and conversion.
  • Expertise in demand generation and online conversion strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, Knotch, Optimizely, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of CRO best practices, SEO, content strategy, and optimizing web experiences for high-intent audiences.

Who You Are:

  • Highly innovative, with a bias for action and the ability to execute quickly while adapting to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically while remaining focused on tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excited about joining and in-office team with a bias for collaboration

Bonus points:
