If you are looking for an organization where you can make a huge impact, then this is it! We are looking for an experienced, part-time Marketing Coordinator to help amplify marketing for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen throughout The Woodlands area.

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is responsible assisting in amplifying the brand to our target audience of homeowners using proven strategies and tactics. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be managing our social media, updating our website, coordinating project photography, requesting reviews, coordinating client gifts, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks.

We are in an exciting and very visual industry which remodels kitchens and bathrooms in residential homes! We’ve continued to serve Clients well in earning 5-star reviews with our experienced team and Kitchen & Bath Design Center. We follow a proven process to transform these spaces and consistently deliver exceptional results. 

The ideal candidate must:

·         Have 2-5 years of direct marketing experience

·         Knowledge of The Woodlands market

·         Have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).

·         Bring 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile (GBP).

·         Marketing project management experience

·         Be passionate about social media and well-versed on the latest features and functionality on each platform.

·         Bring 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing online reputation (reviews)

·         Be able to communicate weekly with his/her supervisor to adjust posts and strategies.

·         Monitor social media responses and followers daily.

·         Ensure all projects get done on time, run smoothly, and produce healthy returns.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

·         Excellent strategic insights and solutions, especially in the digital marketing area, having a track record when it comes to direct connection with consumers

·         Strong business sense and understanding

·         Ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative environment

·         Strong adherence to the vision, values, and culture of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen 

Key Responsibilities

Client Services

  • Identify and deliver custom end of project client gifts (signing gift, post-sale/pre-production gifts)
  • Coordinate professional photography of remodeling projects
  • Request reviews at the end of every remodeling project
  • Request referrals from past clients
  • Regular check-in calls with clients

Digital Marketing

  • Edit existing website by adding project photos, Case Studies, etc.
  • Write regular blogs on diverse remodeling topics
  • Post across social media channels (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

General Marketing:

  • Maintain all branded marketing materials
  • Distribute regular project radius mailings
  • Ensure all traditional marketing is executed (print or direct mail)
  • Submit DreamMaker artwork requests forms
  • Distribute custom monthly email marketing communications
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of all promotional items (building signage, mugs, shirts, attire, vehicles, job signs, etc.) to ensure they effectively represent the DreamMaker brand
  • Represent DreamMaker at local events
  • Coordinate educational seminars
  • Identify new marketing opportunities, circulation areas, and rates for:

o   HOA Newsletters

o   Local print ads

o   Private School Directories

o   Silent Auctions

o   Community events
