Job description

Kern High School District is hiring substitutes on an AS NEEDED BASIS, applications will be accepted periodically for the following Substitute Classifications:
Clerical-  A RECENT FIVE MINUTE TYPING CERTIFICATE MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION TO BE SUCCESSFUL. Certificates must be less than two years old and cannot be completed through an online website. 
You will need to meet the following clearances:
Fingerprint clearance (FBI and DOJ background check)
***Some classifications do require passing a pre-employment physical (provided by KHSD)
Verification of Freedom from Tuberculosis (TB) which is valid for 4 years
