Job description

Bentley Mills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to support the Marketing Department by managing and maintaining the company website as a key brand, communication, and business development tool. This role is responsible for ensuring the website is accurate, visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with Bentley Mills’ brand standards, sustainability leadership, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day updates to the Bentley Mills website using the company’s CMS (Wordpress).
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and visual quality.
  • Support creation of marketing campaigns, product launches, landing pages and microsites.
  • Monitor website functionality, usability, performance and traffic that will inform and support other departments.
  • Manage SEO best practices, analytics and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT teams.
  • Ensure the site complies with legal standards and security protocols
  • Monitor competitor sites and industry trends to keep Bentley Mills website competitive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of website or CMS management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Expert in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Figma, Powerpoint, Canva, Monday and Canto
  • Experience in a brand-led or design-focused organization (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools

This position is on Site and reports to the VP of Marketing & Business Development for Bentley Mills, Inc.

The Website Coordinator will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures
