To thrive as a WebRTC Remote Engineer, you need strong proficiency in real-time communication protocols, JavaScript, and experience with WebRTC APIs, typically backed by a degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Familiarity with signaling servers, STUN/TURN servers, and related tools like Janus, Kurento, or mediasoup is highly valued. Job description

Senior National Sales Executive SA Hosted
Hours: M-F Days
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 Base Yearly
Benefits available after 60 Days for full-time employees

About AnswerNet

AnswerNet is a leading provider of customer engagement and contact center solutions across the United States and Canada. With over 31 contact centers and 10,000+ satisfied clients, we handle more than 125 million interactions each year. Our services include telephone answering, appointment setting, customer support, sales, lead qualification, third-party verification, market research, and more.

Position Summary
SA Hosted and Managed Solutions provides the cloud infrastructure that powers modern contact centers. Our modular suiteโ€”covering Virtual Call Center (VCC) platforms, Asterisk-based PBX, and integrated billingโ€”enables businesses to remain agile and cost-effective.
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Lead to act as the architect of our growth. In this role, you will be the sole sales professional within the organization. While you will not be managing a team, you will be expected to lead the sales function with the mindset of a business ownerโ€”owning the strategy, the execution, and the results.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
What Youโ€™ll Do
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role. You are not just a "rep" following a script; you are the face of our commercial growth.
โ€ข Full-Cycle Ownership: You will identify, prospect, and close high-value partnerships. From the first cold outreach to the final contract signature, you own the entire process.
โ€ข Consultative Problem Solving: You will spend your time with Business Owners, CTOs, and Operations Managers. Your job is to diagnose their "technical debt" and show them exactly how our stackโ€”including SA Scripting, SA Billing, and XCALLY MOTIONโ€”solves their specific headaches.
โ€ข Strategic Input: As our only dedicated salesperson, you will act as a business leader. We want your insight on our pricing models, our competitive positioning, and how we should pivot our product roadmap to meet market demand.
โ€ข Technical Credibility: You must be able to lead the conversation on SIP Trunking, WebRTC, and API integrations. You are expected to perform live platform demonstrations and answer architectural questions with confidence and clarity.

What You Bring
โ€ข The "Hunter" Track Record: 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales (specifically CCaaS, UCaaS, or Managed IT). You must have a proven history of hitting targets as an individual contributor.
โ€ข Business Acumen: You should be comfortable discussing ROI, Agent Occupancy, and Cost-Per-Call metrics with C-suite stakeholders.
โ€ข Autonomy & Discipline: Since you will be the only salesperson, you must be exceptionally self-directed. You are responsible for your own CRM hygiene, your own pipeline generation, and your own schedule.
โ€ข Technical Fluency: You have a deep understanding of cloud-hosted vs. on-premise hardware and can explain the structural advantages of our Asterisk-based environment to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are likely a senior sales professional who is tired of the bureaucracy and "middle management" of large tech firms. You want a role where you have the autonomy to work like a business owner, the authority to influence strategy, and the focus to spend 100% of your time in the market closing deals.
What We Offer
โ€ข Direct Impact: You will report directly to leadership and have a significant voice in how we grow.
โ€ข The Tech: You will represent a stable, highly scalable product suite, including our S.A.F.R.E. secure access solutions.
