Potomac is a boutique tactical asset manager headquartered in Bethesda, MD, seeking a Web Developer to enhance their digital presence. The role focuses on building and optimizing web experiences to drive engagement and improve user experience, leveraging front-end development and technical SEO skills.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize web experiences using Framer and modern front-end development practices.
• Create responsive, mobile-first experiences that perform seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Implement interactive components, animations, and user flows that improve engagement and usability.
• Ensure websites meet modern accessibility standards and performance benchmarks.
• Improve site navigation, content structure, and user journeys to increase engagement and conversions.
• Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages and campaign experiences.
• Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterative improvements to maximize site performance.
• Own technical SEO initiatives across all web properties.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, metadata, and indexing best practices.
• Optimize website architecture and content structure for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
