Pay Rate: $35-37/hr
Contract: 6 months temp-to-hire

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Creative Operations Project Manager to oversee all graphic design, UX, and web development projects within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are on track, managing resources efficiently, prioritizing initiatives, and streamlining communication across departments. You will work closely with the marketing director and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful work. Your ability to elevate team efficiency and improve workflows will play a critical role in the success of our creative and digital output.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all graphic design, UX, and web development projects from conception through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set clear timelines, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of creative and technical work.
  • Collaborate with team leads to gather project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage the allocation of graphic designers, UX designers, and web developers across multiple projects, ensuring balanced workloads and avoiding bottlenecks.
  • Adjust resource plans as necessary to meet project deadlines and maintain a steady flow of work across teams.
  • Work with the marketing director to prioritize high-impact projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the graphic design, UX, web development, and marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with team members and stakeholders to monitor progress and address any challenges.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and project expectations.

  • Lead process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce turnaround time, and enhance overall team performance.
  • Oversee general project QC, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards before final submission or launch.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of creative and technical work to ensure it aligns with company brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Regularly update the marketing director and key stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and timelines.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including plans, timelines, and deliverables, is maintained and easily accessible.

Experience/Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in managing creative (graphic design), UX, and web development projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, design, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience improving project workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
